Beyond IT Training

Once accepted into the program, members work with the program manager to identify assignments compatible with individual interests, talents, and development needs. The program manager also serves as an advisor, overseeing progress and assisting with job placement in preparation for graduation.

The program’s size (about 20 - 30 members) and all levels of management offer a high level of visibility and personal attention.

A complement of in-class seminars ensures the development of personal leadership techniques required for a successful business career.

Each member is aligned to a mentor who serves as a guide, counselor, and role model for the duration of the program.
